Does a white rose say to itself that it will only emit its fragrance to whomever she fancies? Does a lamp only shine its light only to people who make her feel equally warm?

Look at the big oak tree; he humbly offers his shade to everyone - to the birds, to the plants, even to the one person that will cut it down.

Today, I am thankful that the Lord taught me indiscriminate love through Jollibee two piece burger steaks.

I asked for one from Cha because I was in a deep slump; she brought me more than that. Aside from going through the trouble of ordering it and bringing it up to me, she brought good company along; She sat with me through lunch, gave a listening ear and a comforting presence through the rest of the day and in the evening. And to know that she had much heavier personal struggles and apprehensions on being prejudged, but set it aside, just to be there humbled me. I would not ever exchange true friendship for whatever kind of convenience. It really made my day.

Little things are appreciated the most when you least expect them, no? =)
